Franchise Options

At Cleaning Doctor, we have, over many years of trading, invested time and funds in developing and fine tuning the technical, business and marketing systems to cover four important sectors of the cleaning industry. Our four franchise options, A, B, C and D, are available in each protected territory, with each franchise being independently owned and operated. Where there are two or more franchisees operational in a particular territory, the franchisees work closely with their network partners. This is one of the great strengths of the Cleaning Doctor network. Marketing plans and customer referrals are regularly swapped. It’s a "win-win" situation with franchisees exchanging leads and enquiries with each other at little or no additional marketing cost. The following franchises are available in each protected territory:

Franchise Option A: Carpet, Curtain and Upholstery Services. This option also includes specialist cleaning services and fire, smoke and flood restoration.

Franchise Option B: Floor Restoration, Contract Cleaning & Hygiene Services

Franchise Option C: External Property Care & Maintenance Services

Franchise Option D: Home Cleaning Services, including regular weekly or fortnightly house cleans, spring cleaning and special event cleaning under The Clean Team banner.

Included in the package is the design and fitting of the eye-catching Cleaning Doctor or The Clean Team livery to a suitable vehicle, which has been purchased or leased by the franchisee after consultation with the franchisor.

The Earnings Opportunity

When you sign up with Cleaning Doctor, you are not just buying a job; you are investing in a proven and profitable franchise business, built on years of experience and many thousands of investment. With over twenty years of experience, we know that every franchise has the potential to go from a one van (average £60,000) to a 3 or 4 van business (average £150,000 - £200,000) as their business skills are perfected, and when it suits them, if they are enthusiastic, follow our system and have the will to succeed.

Training

Training consists of an initial two-week course. It includes thorough one-to-one classroom-based and practical training at our Head Office and also in-the-field training in the franchisees own territory. The comprehensive programme ensures that new franchisees become competent in every area of the business method, from effective marketing to provision of the services and administration of the business. It includes accommodation for the period of training conducted away from the franchisee's territory. In addition to the initial training programme, franchisees attend specialised training courses in order to certify them to national and international standards. These courses ensure that franchisees are kept up to date on technical developments and specialist subjects appropriate to their individual franchise package.

As part of our management services to our franchisees, we are committed to delivering comprehensive ongoing support and back-up. Ongoing support consists of technical support, supply of equipment and cleaning products, marketing plans, design of bespoke advertisements, regular update training, and support and mentoring. No business always runs smoothly. When thing get tough, franchisees just give us a call. We are here to give advice and help in any aspect of the business. We pride ourselves in the level and quality of support that we provide. Indeed, our support services have often been praised by those who know, both inside and outside of the industry. Our fixed-fee, management support services are beneficial to our franchisee. The more franchisees earn, the more they retain. We do not set unrealistic targets.
